Ejercicio uno: Traduzca las oraciones al español. Te he dado el participio pasado o el pretérito del verbo en cada caso.

  1. We have travelled (viajado) to South America many times.
  2. I have cooked (cocinado) dinner three times this week.
  3. When I arrived (llegué) at the station, the train had gone (ido).
  4. My wife and I had gone out (salido).
  5. I have enjoyed (disfrutado) my Spanish lessons, but this is very difficult.

To form the Present Perfect tense use the present indicative conjugation of the verb Haber and the past participle of the verb you want to use.
Haber (present indicative)
Yo                                   he
                                   has
Él, ella, usted                  ha
Nosotros                         hemos
Vosotros                          habéis
Ellos, Ellas, Ustedes         han

To form the Past Perfect, use the imperfect indicative of haber, plus the past participle of the verb.
Haber (imperfect indicative)
Yo                                   había
                                   habías
Él, ella, usted                  había
Nosotros                         habíamos
Vosotros                          habíais
Ellos, Ellas, Ustedes        habían
